SJOGRENS & FIBRO

Since my diagnosis in 2008 I have learned more about myself and the importance of the medical community. I was in the United States Marine Corps when I started to have symptoms in early 2006. I had a high risk pregnancy with my daughter. I was then diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2006. After two years of my health declining and many tests, I was finally diagnosed with Sjogrens’ Syndrome, now medically called Sjogrens‘ Disease! It took 10 years of trial and error to learn how to live with Sjogrens’.

Then in 2021 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It turned out I had Fibromyalgia first, all along and the Sjogrens was a product of that.
