About My Face Painting History
My FP Story
Over 22 years ago, my family and I went to a fair at our church. The Youth Group Pastor came up to us and asked me if I would fill in for the face painter who couldn’t make it? I said I would try. My first ever face paint was of Winnie the Pooh. I still remember the girl who’s hand I painted and the experience. Since then I’ve painted over 1000 happy customers. I’m lucky to have this gift and these experiences!
About Orquidia & WHERE?
La Orquidia Rivera Ramos
(La) Orquidia Rivera Ramos was born in N.J. After graduating from High School she joined the United States Marine Corps. Orquidia has a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She has donated her time and money to many events, charities and causes. Mother of one, and with a passion for art that everyone can see and feel.
The Origin of WHERE
On October 27, 2018 my daughter and significant other had expressed their enjoyment of a story I wrote about Halloween. They both encouraged me to keep going, so I decided to write a book. WHERE is a sci-fi adventure book based on the characters mentioned in the story and then some. I hope you all enjoy my book. Book 2: The Ancestral Path is coming soon!
